GPC systems for low-pressure sample purificationPurification systems using the Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) method that allows chromatography separation of residues and microcontaminants from food, animal, vegetal and environmental matrices, also providing the possibility of sample Clean-up automation and differentiated fraction collection after separation. Such systems as the DCSC (Dedicated Sample Clean-up System) automatically carry out on-column injections and collection of the fractions to be analyzed according to the selected elution protocol. In compliance with the GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) requirements, the DSCS GPC is equipped with a UV Detector for continuous monitoring of the purification process and for system calibration, according to a combination of different Reference Standards referring to EPA 3640 methods. |
